Tatler Spa Award: 1st place in the category “Most Life-Changing Spa” 2007
In October 2007 our establishment was honoured to receive the first “Tatler Spa Award” in the category “Most Life-Changing Spa”. We are especially delighted at this high international recognition as it reflects a major element of our philosophy. The “Tatler Spa Awards” ceremony took place at Vogue House in London.
Condé Nast Traveller: runner-up “Favourite Destination Spa 2008” in the world
The Health Centre F.X. MAYR & more was selected by the readers of the renowned international travel magazine Condé Nast Traveller as the runner-up “Favourite Destination Spa 2008” in the world. For us this award is both confirmation and motivation at the same time, and makes it clear that our medical centre is totally in line with the trend of the times.
Carinthian Tourism Award: regional winner 2007
On 11 March 2007 our Health Centre F.X. MAYR & more Golf Hotel at Lake Wörthersee received the Carinthian Tourism Award from the Province of Carinthia and the Kleine Zeitung. As the regional winner, our centre won the award for best combining tourism and nature.
Condé Nast Traveller: runner-up to the best “Medical Spa” in the world “Spa Award 2006”
In the “Spa Award 2006” the readers of the renowned international travel magazine Condé Nast Traveller nominated our establishment as the second best “Medical Spa” in the world. As well as absolute top marks for the medical offerings, the Golf Hotel also scored points in the other categories in the survey, such as equipment, atmosphere and service.
