The cardinal errors of nutrition: In our fast-living society we hardly allow ourselves the time to eat a meal in peace. We over-acidify our bodies and carry a large number of toxins around with us for nights, weeks or years on end. Until we get ill. F.X. MAYR taught us the five cardinal errors of nutrition, which are to be avoided. We commit these by eating too fast, too much, too often, too late or too heavily.

cuisine
Healthy and conscious nutrition is an important element of the F.X. MAYR
Treatment. Nor should our enjoyment of food suffer. So you can let yourself be
pampered by our head chef Heinz Erlacher with delicious dishes that are healthy
at the same time.
Only the best ingredients
In our kitchen we work mainly with fresh
vegetables, herbs, meat (no pork!) and fish. We use only high quality vegetable
oils such as olive oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, safflower oil and rapeseed
oil.
Your fasting period and
build-up diet
Following your period of fasting as specified by
the doctor, you will be given a build-up diet consisting of three stages. Stage
1 starts with a light main course without soup or dessert, and is increased up
to Stage 3 with soup, main course and dessert. The build-up diet (=light diet)
is mild and lightly prepared, has a low fat content and is easy to digest.
